Very much agree with this comment...

Over the last ~3 years, I've shifted to a system where I keep a few projects that I'm working on (4 in my case) with the tasks that need to get done to drive these projects to completion. Each morning, I do a quick morning review to figure out what to work on today; each week, a weekly review to make sure I'm making real progress. If one task falls off, another is waiting to take its place (without any thought involved at the time).

Sounds heavy (and it is), but it has evolved over a long time and is just part of my day now.

e.g. Deodorant: Chemicals like parabens and aluminum compounds (commonly found in many deodorants, including my last brand) can have hormonal effects on the body. I'd rather stay away from that sort of thing if I can.

And the others: just in keeping with the same principle of keeping foreign chemicals out of my body.

Also a very easy change to make.

Very excited about this conversation. Some great examples already here.

Since Sebastian's first post, a friend and I have been talking about & working on some structural changes - changes that require NO ONGOING MAINTENANCE. Similar to (but slightly different than) Isaac Lewis, we broke this down into:

Here's the list of made for each (also including some of the ideas that are already here).
