Minor goals:
- plan and book trip to China for next month.
- get allergy tested (I had a bad reaction to something last month and not 100% sure what caused it, but getting tested required going around some bureaucracy, so I've been stupidly putting it off)
- getting back into daily running
Major goals:
- move forwards with new consulting idea. I think reasonable targets for the end of the month are a) team of 3-4 committed people, b) get basic website up c) have basic strategy for pitching/acquiring clients and d) start executing that strategy.
- figure out where we're going with our existing startup idea; ie, decide if it's worth pursuing seriously, or switch to another idea.

There's no real obstacles to goals 1, 2, and 3, I just have to do them.
Biggest obstacle with the consulting idea - well, things are moving forwards already, I emailed a bunch of coders I know and got quite a bit of interest, so I'm gonna get 2 or 3 together next week to figure out strategy. Biggest hang-ups really are a) I want to go after high-level, high-paying clients, which takes a bit of moxie, and b) committing time to this (it's not a full-time commitment, but it'll be an ongoing part-time commitment).
Biggest hangup with startup - trying to find an idea that's worth committing a big chunk of my 20s too. Maybe an easier approach would be just to try out a half-decent idea and see if it works, but I don't want to wake up in 2 years time with a "living dead" business that I'm not passionate about.
Minor goals;
1. Get more organized with my time (exams/gym/work/startup and business ideas)
2. Better control over my expenses
3. Blogging more regularly, and churning out posts of better quality
Major goals:
1. Meeting more people around the Melbourne area who are interested in entrepreneurship/startups. The startup community here is still growing, so it'd be great if I met more people who share similar interests.
2. Follow through with one of the many business and startup ideas that are currently floating around in my head (validation of the idea, and potential co-founders).
3. Prioritize studying for my university finals.
I can see a conflict of interest for major goals (2) and (3), so i'll probably have to work around that with better time management.. All in all, I think Isaac and I have major goals that are parallel to each other. Great knowing that there are other people out there who share similar goals!

One comment: some of your goals could be more specific and measurable. Eg I've long had a goal of "get more organised with my time", but that's hard to track, so I put down "daily running", on the basis that I could build one solid daily habit, then slowly add more.
If I focus on minimum daily behaviors, the "bigger" goals will come into focus...

Yes the top score is a 4.0. It is going to be harder also because I have reached my initial goal of getting a full-time offer before I graduate.
I am trying to find a way to keep pushing through. Any advice?

I've never heard of anyone who scored 100% on something like this. Is it posible?
I'm asking so that you aim for a reachable goal, you know? I don't think that the old philosophy of "aim the moon, if you miss, you'll hit a star" works; in general, it demotivates people, I'd say (from personal experience only). If it is possible, don't get discouraged for what I said (that's the whole point), though. Go for it.
Hmm... since you're a top player, I'd recommend this text by Sebastian[1], including the 1st comment and this piece by Isaac[2]. Go look the academic paper too[3].
How is measured the GPA? Is it only one exam or it is the average of ongoing exams through high school?

GPA is the average of all my class grades. My class grades are made up of test grades, homework, participation, and attendance.
I have seen people achieve a 4.0 GPA. To think about it, you simply need to get A's in all of your classes. It is possible, just tough. Anything worthwhile is hard to get.

4.0 is routinely achieved by capable students (not to discredit the goal; it is a lot of work, but it is achievable enough to be expected of very good students.)

My biggest goal is to implement some processes to reduce the amount of bugs we ship with SETT. It seems like often times I'll fix a big bug only to introduce a small one at the same time. My hunch is that unit testing is the best way to do this, so I plan on learning how to effectively create tests and at least build out test coverage for essential stuff like logging in/out, posting comments, subscribing/unsubscribing, etc.
The biggest barrier I've got is that I don't know which factors to test for. Like for posting, do I check to see if the post is accurate or just if it exists?
My goal is to create wealthy for myself and my family as well as to help others around me.
1.Setting up an online business, advising and counselling people on relationships and how to become successful
2. Get fitter and healthier and lose weight.(Started already by working out twice a day, taking 1 day off).
3. Expanding my knowledge with relevant courses(currently studying Project Man & English Lit/Lang online).
